Printers (Sites)

Summary

To add and manage printers at the site level, go to Sites > Printers. The printers page will display showing printers and basic settings. Printers can be added and edited from this page.

After printers have been added to the site, they can be configured for order items to route as needed:

Configuration

Pre-condition: Printer software must first be installed on the Windows server. (See Check or Prep Printer (Epson TM88) Installation)

  • Path: Sites > select site > click Printers tab

Single drawer or dual drawer option

Concepts have the option to configure sites with one drawer or two. The dual drawers option requires an account feature toggle to be set by the CBS admin: 4.7 Enable drawer assignment (dual drawers)

If feature toggle is enabled, the grid will show columns for Drawer 1 and Drawer 2. If not enabled, only the column for Drawer 1 is shown.
