Jukebox

Summary 

The Jukebox allows restaurants to offer music song purchases as part of the restaurant experience. Jukebox is available in the Staff UI and in Guest UI for customers to purchase songs through the Order Entry application. Purchased songs will be queued up and played in the order purchased. Jukebox is an iJukebox integration. To use Jukebox, users must sign up with an account with iJukebox.

By default, setting is not enabled. 

Click Enabled to display configuration settings. The first two settings apply only to the site. The next settings applies to all sites that use the Jukebox.

  •  

    • Play music

    • Allow guests to open the jukebox and purchase music

    • Allow staff to open the jukebox and purchase music for a guest

The API key provided by iJukebox for this site 

Settings For All Sites

These settings are shared by all sites that use Jukebox. Changing the setting on one site will change it for all sites.

  • Menu Item for Song Purchases - Specify the menu item to be used for song purchases.

    • Configure a menu item for song purchases in ECM: Products > Menu Items; save menu item 

    • Return to Sites > Jukebox

    • Click Edit

      • Select the Menu Item Category used for the song purchase menu item 

      • Select the song purchase menu item 

      • Click Select to save selection and close pop-up window or Cancel to discard changes and close pop-up window

  • On the main Jukebox window, click: 

    • Save to save changes and close window

    • Cancel to discard changes and close window

    • Apply to apply changes and remain on page

  • Deploy changes to site through site Publishing function
