Client Feature Request Form
Please use the form below to submit your request for a new feature to be developed for NorthStar Order Entry.
Process
You:
Complete form in full, establishing the business reason and justification for the request for development of the feature.
Include clear, concise and complete acceptance criteria. (These are the requirements that the feature must meet to be accepted for product release.)
Submit your completed form to your CBS representative or support.
Custom Business Solutions:
The request will be reviewed by the NorthStar product owner and other company principals. Follow-up discussion may be needed to clarify any requirements.
Upon approval of the request, CBS will identify the following:

Cost
Before beginning any development, CBS will return the form to the requester for acceptance.
When requester has approved the expected timeline and cost, CBS will develop a schedule and assign resources to work on the feature.
