Client Feature Request Form



Please use the form below to submit your request for a new feature to be developed for NorthStar Order Entry. 

Process

You: 

  • Complete form in full, establishing the business reason and justification for the request for development of the feature. 

  • Include clear, concise and complete acceptance criteria. (These are the requirements that the feature must meet to be accepted for product release.) 

  • Submit your completed form to your CBS representative or support. 

Custom Business Solutions:

  • The request will be reviewed by the NorthStar product owner and other company principals. Follow-up discussion may be needed to clarify any requirements.  

  • Upon approval of the request, CBS will identify the following:

    • Effort

    • Timeline

    • Cost

  • Before beginning any development, CBS will return the form to the requester for acceptance.

  • When requester has approved the expected timeline and cost, CBS will develop a schedule and assign resources to work on the feature.
