Summary

Tip share is configured by Job at the account level. On the site's Tip Shares page, a site can override a job's setting for tip share and set it to another amount specific to that site in the Site Override Tip Share field. 

Override Tip Share

On the Jobs page (Users > Jobs), the job Server has a tip share set at 2% at the account level.


To override this tip share at the site level:

  • Go to Sites > Tip Shares
  • Click in the Site Override Tip Share field for Server
  • Enter 3.00 to change the tip share to 3.00%

  • Click Save changes to save the change in the grid; click Cancel changes to discard the change
  • Continue making any other changes needed
  • When complete, at bottom, click Save to save all changes on the page and close window, Cancel to discard changes and close window, or Apply to apply changes and remain on the page
  • All other sites are unaffected by this site-level tip share change.


Note: Non-revenue sales are excluded from tip share calculation.
