Configure Printer Failover (Redirection)

Failover works both with Prep and Guest Check printing.

Log into ECM and navigate to the sites page.
Click the Edit button of the site in which you wish to configure printer redirection.
Click the Printers tab.
Either Add a Printer or edit a printer to configure printer redirection. Ensure that the printers that you wish to redirect from and to exist. If not, add those printers.
Under Failover Printers, select up to three printers to which the printer should redirect. When failing over, Order Entry will attempt to print in the order specified (from 1 to 3).
