Guest Identifier
Summary
Guest identifier requirements are configured by areas within a site. Specific areas can be set to require a guest identifier on orders and/or to prompt for the guest identifier to be entered before ordering. If the area is not required to use a guest identifier, the user can still add one by tapping the icon at the bottom of the check panel on the app screen. A guest identifier is useful to call a guest's name name when an order is ready, as in counter service mode.
