        2. Need Something? button

      2. Change in process: Change service mode of table in the tablet to Guest Facing

    2. Non-SDP

      1. No change in process as they will need to pay each time a round is ordered

    3. Regardless of SDP, beverage orders will be taken separately from the food orders (this is current process) and closed at the end of each round

      1. Guests do not have the ability to place beverage orders through the tablets. They can shop the menu, but not order. This was done because of UBP as well as to prevent a guest of legal drinking age ordering a beverage for an underage guest

  4. Guests

    1. SDP – Run a tab for the guests in the iPad mini and continually add orders to the same check until the guest is ready to settle the bill

    2. Non-SDP - Place orders at leisure and pay at the end of each round

  5. End of experience

    1. SDP

      1. Waiter will adjust the qualifying number of meals to $0 by using the UDP Discount adjustment reason

      2. Either turn the check back over to the guest so that they can close through the tablet or close the check through the iPad mini

      3. After the guests have closed the check, the waiter will need to reassign the table back to Kiosk mode through the iPad mini so that it is ready for the next round of guests

    2. Non-SDP – No change in process
