When the PAX device loses connectivity, an error message will be shown: An error occurred while processing your payment. Please try again.

Server/App out of sync

• User tries to order menu items and receives message: 
  The method OrderService/json/AddItems2 could not be found. 

• Per Tony (8/21/20): 

  That error usually shows if their app is higher than their server.

• Solution: Upgrade the server to a version compatible with the app version

Use another method of payment or contact staff to process payment.

Contact staff to request refund and an alternate method of payment.

Transaction voided. Your card will not be charged. Contact staff for an alternate method of payment.
