PMS (Property Management System)
Summary
A property management system can be configured for use by the Order Entry application.
Configuration
If no PMS has been configured in Order Entry ECM, the page will default to None in the PMS Interface setting.
To configure a PMS, select from the dropdown list. Additional fields will populate the form.

| PMS Card BIN Range | Specifies the BIN range used for cards assigned to the system and allows Order Entry to recognize the cards when swiped

| Fidelio Host Name | Enter the host name or IP address of the Fidelio FCUI server |
| Fidelio TCP Port | Enter the port number used by the Fidelio FCUI server |
| Print alternative name from Fidelio Cruise Web Service | Select to enable the system to connect to FCWS to access non-English names, upload receipts, etc. |
| Fidelio Cruise Web Service URL | Enter the FCWS URL |
| User Name | A username and password are required for the specified FCWS. (User name and password may be changed if connected to a different web service.) Enter a user name |
