Check Count by Hour

The Check Count by Hour report shows the number of checks created by hour for selected site(s) or site group(s) within the specified business date range.

Reports display 24-hour time increments from the time set as the Report Start Time
- Default is 12:00 AM
Check count is based on the check open time
- Example:
  A check is opened at 9:30 pm and closed at 10:30 pm.
  The check count applies to the 9:00 pm to 10:00 pm time slot.
Columns
- Number of columns based on number of sites selected for display (three sites selected in screenshot below)
- Only sites with values > zero will display (zero-value sites will not be shown if selected from Sites)
- Columns cannot be filtered or sorted

1	Site(s) and Group(s)	Can select one or more site(s) and/or site group(s)
2	Business Date/Report Start Time	Select business start and end dates for report Default: current date Date range unrestricted Set report start time Enter time in field or select from time control
3	Store Hours (column)	Column lists 24 consecutive one-hour time ranges First hour is determined by Report Start Time
4	Sites (column)	The check count for each site is shown in a separate column Only sites with values > 0 are shown
5	Export report	Save file in Excel or PDF format
