Adjustments Screen

The Adjustments Screen can be reached from the take payment screen or the cashier menu. The iPad must be attached to a location and a session for the adjustments screen to become available.

Adjustment Type - Order Entry supports the following types of adjustments: Void, Comp, Discount & Refund.

List of Adjustments - The list of adjustments show each of the adjustments created by a user in ECM. Please see Adjustments in ECM.

Select Check - This area will show all of the checks available in this session. Select a check to view the available items for adjustment.

Select Items - This area will show all of the items available on this check. Select a item to highlight and then apply an adjustment.

Session Summary - This area will display the session totals and all adjustments applied.
