1. New Features & Improvements

Certain new features and improvements require an account feature toggle to be enabled to activate the feature. Contact your NorthStar representative to discuss this.
Some items represent a portion of the work required and will be completed in a future application release.

• Item Quantity Countdown: Remove "How Many?" option from options menu when multiple combos ordered 

• Guest UI: Payment - Display error messages on the guest UI  (when PAX device is used)

• Adjustments screen: Improve Applied Payments to reflect the price of the selected item  

• Web Ordering API: Allow menu items to be ordered via web API regardless of availability per Menu Manager in POS

• Kiosk: Display suggested gratuities on kiosk guest UI when enabled on ECM

• Training Mode: Detach from all alternate locations when in training mode; no access to alternate locations 

• Location: When only one Available Order Type is selected, it becomes the Default Order Type on Save

• Kitchen QSR: Order Entry server can control the consolidation or individual display of items in QSR display

2. Fixes

Reports

• Hourly Sales and Labor Report match between app and ECM

• Current and previous Cashouts retain correct amounts

• Payment Reports display correct information

• Payment by Type report displays proper credit card processing

Guest Facing

• Entered gratuity amount properly holds amount when tapping “Back” from guest signature

Staff Facing

• Users in Training Mode are removed from this mode at End of Day

• Enlisted Staff in Training Mode stay in this mode for the business day

• Staff Login displays properly

Gift Card

• Payment through Gift Card only available when flagged in ECM

Checks

• Previous checks properly hold Guest Identifier information

• Loaded Advanced Orders will retain their default location

• Re-opened checks contain proper transaction total

• Able to properly schedule and reschedule take-out Advanced Orders

• Able to access parked checks in an Alternate Location

Online Order

• Able to finalize re-opened online ordered checks

Menu

• Able to modify sent menu items
