Epson U220 Printer Installation and Driver

  • Go to: \\hq-file1\Shared\Install\NorthStar\NorthStar Order Entry\NSOE Printer Drivers\U220 Drivers

  • Copy compressed zip file: APD_456dEWM (Date Modified: 8/7/2017) to C:\CBS\ folder on OE Server

  • Unzip the package and run the program:

  • Click NEXT





  • Accept and click NEXT





  • Choose Minimum and click NEXT





  • Click ADD





  • Follow this format and choose:
    Select Driver: U220 Receipt Printer
    Printer Name: (This is determined by the printer name in ECM)
    Port Type: Create an Ethernet Port

    Click NEXT





  • Input the IP Address of the U220 Printer





  • Click NEXT






  • Click NEXT
    It will start loading the files which could take some time.





  • Click FINISH




Remember: You will need to restart this program and install each U220 Printer one at a time. DO NOT ADD MULTIPLE U220 Printers at the setup because it will not function correctly.
