Hourly Sales and Labor Report (App)
Summary
The Hourly Sales & Labor report provides hourly updates on sales and labor costs for a selected date.
- Total net sales and labor costs are shown for sold and advance sales. Totals and labor cost percentage are shown.
- Each hour displays sales and labor costs per hour.
- Sales amount includes advance orders (sent to kitchen and not sent to kitchen)
- Prod is labor productivity. This is total sales divided by total labor hours in the specified hour.
- Example: From 9 a.m. - 10 a.m., the site had five staff working and generated $1000 in sales.
$1000 divided by 5 hours = $200 per hour of work 9 a.m. - 10 a.m.
- Example: From 9 a.m. - 10 a.m., the site had five staff working and generated $1000 in sales.

- Select a date from the date control
- Tap Run Report
- Tap the printer icon to print the report
