NorthStar Order Entry has five operation modes that are used to define how each location operates.
For operational and security reasons, each mode is set to time out and log off any logged-in users according to the times below:
Operation Mode | Time Out (seconds) |
|---|---|
Kiosk | 0 (does not time out) |
Bar Service | 120 sec. |
Guest Facing | 0 (does not time out) |
Table Service | 30 sec. |
Counter Service | 120 sec. |
Drive Thru | 120 sec. |
