Hourly Sales and Labor Report (App)

Summary

The Hourly Sales & Labor report provides hourly updates on sales and labor costs for a selected date. 

• Total net sales and labor costs are shown for sold and advance sales. Totals and labor cost percentage are shown. 

• Each hour displays sales and labor costs per hour. 

• Sales amount includes advance orders (sent to kitchen and not sent to kitchen)

• Prod is labor productivity. This is total sales divided by total labor hours in the specified hour. 

  • Example: From 9 a.m. - 10 a.m., the site had five staff working and generated $1000 in sales. 
    $1000 divided by 5 hours = $200 per hour of work 9 a.m. - 10 a.m. 

Run report 

• Select a date from the date control

• Tap Run Report 

• Tap the printer icon to print the report
