Set Adjustment Reasons by Job (4.1 feature)

Summary 

Adjustment reasons can be applied to specific job types. This permits a manager job, for example, to use a comp adjustment and a server job to not be permitted to use it. 

Configuration 

Pre-conditions: The adjustment reasons are set up in ECM and configured by site. (See Add/Edit an Adjustment Reason (ECM) archive.)

To configure permissions for adjustment reasons by job, go to Jobs from the Users drop-down. 

Open

• Click the pencil icon to edit a job. 

• Select the Adjustment Reasons tab

• Checkmark the adjustment reasons that this job will be permitted to use 

• Click Save 

Open

Deploy the site to apply the change to the site.
