Steps to add the a new iOS Device in ECM:

1. In ECM, select Sites. 

2. Select the desired Site to which the new device needs to be added; click the pencil to edit.

3. Choose Device to edit.

 

4. Click Add New iOS Device. (Do not click Add iOS6 Device - This is no longer in use and will be removed)

 

5. Copy the Device Pin for the newly created device. (A new and different pin will always be created)

6. Open Order Entry application.

  • Place the IP Address of the Order Entry server in the Server Address

    1. If iPad is at location, insert LOCAL IP ADDRESS

    2. If iPad is remote, insert PUBLIC IP ADDRESS

  • Paste the copied Device Pin then tap Launch.  

  

7. Connected!
