[OE-10099] - Cashout report does not include the guest count and net sales/guest count
[OE-10404] - Credit Card offline payment: Added tip is not displayed on the tip line check panel; instead it displays $0.00
[OE-10830] - Cannot adjust tips for gift cards, app crashes or error "Gift card processing is not configured"
[OE-10895] - iPad Reporting: DSR doesn't load, Payroll, Time Report and Hourly Sales; stuck on "according to calculations"
