At times, attempting to install or uninstall Order Entry can lead to problems.

 

Permissions

Order Entry might not start due to permissions and you will have to uninstall and reinstall, however with a different process.

  1. Uninstall Order Entry.

    1. This should remove the services completely.

    2. If services DO NOT uninstall, go to the next step.

  2. Manually stop the services via Powershell.

    1. Transfer this PowerShell script first

    2. Open PowerShell ISE and run the following prompt - .\northstar_services_control.ps1 stop

  3. Manually delete the services.

    1. Run the following prompt - .\northstar_services_control.ps1 delete

  4. Reinstall Order Entry
