When editing a menu the user may edit the following under the menu media tab:

Default - Select a default image for this menu when in Guest Facing and Kiosk Modes.

Splash - Select a splash image for this menu when in Guest Facing and Kiosk Modes.

Thumbnail - Select a thumbnail for this menu when in Guest Facing and Kiosk Modes.
