Member List
Summary
The Member List displays contact information for customer membership accounts. This is private information; access is restricted.
Restricted Access Configuration
Access to this report is restricted for privacy purposes. In the ECM Dashboard, the Account Administrator role has permission to view the report by default. Other roles can be explicitly configured to allow viewing.
Account Feature Toggle Required
Requires account feature toggle: ECM Access tab under Dashboard → Roles → Edit
This feature requires an account feature toggle to be set in order for this option to display. Please contact your NorthStar representative to have this setting enabled for your account.
ECM > Dashboard > Users
User Type: Account Administrator - No restriction; can access Member List report
User Type: Regular ECM User - Restricted access
To allow access for a specific role (such as Asst. Manager) where user type is Regular ECM User:
Go to: ECM > Dashboard > Users > Roles
Click edit icon (pencil) for Role
Click ECM Access tab
Select: Allow user to run the Member List report
Save
Operation
To view the Member List report (if permitted):
Go to Reports > Member List.
Select site(s) and/or site group(s)
Select a business date or range of dates (default is current date)
Click Refresh Report
The report can be scrolled to display more information (no pagination).
Columns can be filtered to show a subset of records.
Report can be exported to Excel, PDF or CSV format.
