App Center: Build installation guide

Install Build

Open

• On IOS13 and above you will need to request a mobile website.

• Tap Aa on the left hand side of the url in safari and tap Request Mobile Website

• For an installed device, install.appcenter.ms will show available apps.

• To install a specific build from Staging, tap Staging.

  • Tap the desired build from the list shown.

  • Tap Install 

• At the prompt, tap Install to confirm.

• The build will be upgraded or installed on the iPad. 

• Tap one of the following options: 

  • Add Device 

    • Use the first time a build is downloaded on this device 

    • Go to: Instructions to add device.
      
      

  • I'm good 

    • Use if you've added the device previously

    • Skip Instructions to add device; go to: Install Build.

Instructions to add device 

• After tapping Add Device, the site will prompt to open Settings.

• Tap Allow.

• On the Install Profile page, tap Install (top right)

• At the prompt, tap Install to confirm.

• Device profile will be added.
