Sites (tab)
Under Sites and Groups, the Sites tab lists all sites in the account. Columns can be filtered to show a subset of records.
Deployments
Users can perform Site, Web or Schedule deployments from this page. (A deployment sends saved changes in ECM to the POS device, updating the device with the changes.)
Date and time of last deployment is also shown with the name of the person who performed the deployment.
To deploy:
- Select a site(s) for site, web or schedule deployment. (See columns.)
- Option: To select all, click the header checkbox
- If a site is not enabled for a Web or Schedule to be deployed, a blue icon displays
- Hover over the blue icon
; help text message advises the feature is not enabled for the site
- Hover over the blue icon
- Click Deploy Sites
- On the deployment pop-up window, enter a comment (optional) and select Site Deploy Options
- Click Publish to continue or Cancel to cancel

Search | Search information in the grid; numbers, letters and some characters accepted |
Filter sites by group | Click in field to display a list of site groups that have been configured |
Deploy Site(s) | Select sites, web and/or schedule to be deployed, then click Deploy Sites to deploy saved changes to the ordering devices (iPad/Windows) and/or the online ordering website |
