[OE-10812] - ECM: Serving Option category - when Maximum Allowed is left blank, user receives an "Error Loading" error message on login and the app is frozen
[OE-11217] - ECM: PLU/Barcode Module - When filters and search criteria are cleared (Clear All), toast notification "Make at least one selection before searching" is displayed
