ECM - Release 2018-03-27

This release includes:

  • Included ECM admin ability to display added or removed components for selected component categories during setup

  • Item Summary Enhanced report has included a Cover Count column 

  • Media search has been optimized with options to filter with keywords, description, or filename

  • Admin can save changes after editing user email addresses

  • HotSchedules Integration allows configuration for Gross or Net Sales and Guest or Cover Counts to be sent  

New Feature

  • [OE-10506] - For selected component categories, the admin can decide to show all components or only what's been added or removed (applies to on-screen check and guest check)

Improvement

  • [OE-5971] - Added Cover Count column to the Items Summary Enhanced report.

  • [OE-7077] - Searching for media has been made easier: you can now search by keyword or description in addition to filename.

  • [OE-9652] - Admin can now remove unused component and serving option categories from menu items.

Fixes

  • [OE-9360] - Fixed issue with screen layout when copying Menu items or Components.

  • [OE-9538] - In edit site, payment tab, fixed spelling/spacing of the different card types ( i.e., changed GiftCard to Gift Card)

  • [OE-10292] - Admin cannot save changes after editing a user's email address in the [Users] grid view.

  • [OE-10553] - Fixed formatting in Edit Site, Payment tab toast message for invalid BIN range; removed capitalization of words "enter" and "range."

Sub-task

  • [OE-10531] - HotSchedules Integration can now be configured to send [Gross Sales or Net Sales] and [Guest Count or Cover Count]
