Jobs: Add workflow setting to allow entire house cashout when user cashouts are pending  

Workflow setting added to Jobs.

  • Selected: Entire house cashout can be performed with user cashouts pending

  • Not selected (default): Entire house cashout cannot be performed with user cashouts pending

The application portion is to come. (OE-12848, 4.7d release)

ECM: Users > Jobs > edit job > Workflow tab

  • New setting added:
    Allow entire house cashout with pending cashouts remaining
