ECM report: Check Count by Hour

Reports the number of checks opened by hour within a site or sites. Can be set for a date range to sum the number of checks in any hour period for selected dates.

Path: Reports > Reports > Check Count by Hour 

  • Site(s): Select one or more sites
  • Business date: Select Start and End dates. Date range is unrestricted
  • Click Refresh Report

Report displays:

  • Store hours by hour 
  • Selected site(s)
    • Only sites with values > zero will display (zero-value sites will not be shown if selected from Sites)
  • Number of checks opened per hour
    • The check is counted when it is open. Open is based on the OpenDateTime in Datamart; this exists as soon as a session is created, typically when an item is added with the red bar.
  • Export formats: Excel and PDF only (no CSV)
  • Columns cannot be filtered or sorted

Loyalty: Update offers from Paytronix Load Map on POS system programmatically

This is a development update to allow new offers to be updated from the Paytronix Load Map.

Development work done to support new offers available from Paytronix. 

  • Path: Financial > Loyalty Programs
  • To update all sites, click Update All Sites
  • To update selected sites, click Update for the specific sites desired
  • An "updating" spinner will display then the site(s) will be updated

  • An error message will appear for errors such as: 
    • Site not configured for Paytronix
    • Menu item categories external code does not match required external code for updated Paytronix wallet

Menu item - Components tab: List Component categories in order set on Component Categories page

Component categories are now listed on the menu item Components tab in the correct order.

  • Path: Categories > Component Categories 
  • Use up and down arrows (last column) to arrange component categories in order desired

Verify component category display order in menu item:

  • Path: Products > Menu Items > select menu item 
  • Go to Components tab
  • Selected Component Categories are shown in the order set in Component Categories

HotSchedules: Display message if unable to import schedule due to duplicate external codes

When pulling data from HotSchedules, if two or more employees have the same external code, this will cause a conflict and prevent the schedule from being imported. When this happens, the system will display a message to the user with information on how to resolve the conflict. 



  • Go to Sites > edit site > Integrations 
  • Select Pull schedules from Hot Schedules

  • If there are duplicate external codes in the data, a message will alert the user to remove the duplicate codes and try again:

Note: HotSchedules schedules are automatically posted on ECM and the OE app every 15 minutes.
