ECM - Areas: Add setting to enable quick-pay feature (pre-set payment buttons)

This setting change allows users to show pre-set payment buttons on the application's ordering screen. Tap a pre-set payment button to apply the selected method of payment. 

This ticket is ONLY for the ECM portion of this new feature.

ECM Setting

Path: Sites > Areas > select area

  • New setting added: Show fast payment buttons on ordering screen

  • Select to show pre-set payment buttons on ordering screen to allow for quicker payment  



The ECM portion of this feature is complete.

The application portion is to come. (OE-12640)

ECM - Payment Devices: Add setting to enable gift card tip on payment device 

This setting change allows users to enable a PAX device to request a tip amount when making a gift card payment. (Applies to PAX terminals and PAX terminals with customer display.) 

This ticket is ONLY for the ECM portion of this new feature.

4.8 GC tip on PAX device



ECM Setting

Path: Sites > edit site > Peripherals > Payment Devices 

  • New column added: GC Tip (PAX only)

  • Select the GC Tip setting for any PAX device to be used for tip amounts with a gift card payment 

  • If feature toggle is not enabled, the column will not appear (default is not enabled):

The ECM portion of this feature is complete.
