Set Date & Time

Set Date & Time is used for orders that take place at a future time or date.These are either advance orders or take-out orders. 

• Take-out orders - The order type (bottom of check screen) is set to Take Out. User will pick up their take-out order today. After the order is created, it will appear on the Take-out Orders check screen when the user swipes the screens on Order Entry and taps Take-out Orders.

• Advance orders - Advance orders can be either Dine In or Take Out order type. User will pick up the order tomorrow or later. After the order is created, it will appear on the Advance Orders check screen when the user swipes the screen on Order Entry and taps Advance Orders. 

When a user selects Set Date & Time on the order and check sidebar, the Set Pickup Time pop-up will appear. Select the pickup date and time and create the order.

Tap Schedule and add the customer's information to the order. 

In order to create a deposit for an advance order, the pickup time will need to be set.
