Order & Check Sidebar

The Order & Check Sidebar can be seen from any menu in the Staff UI.


1) Current Menu - Displays the current menu for the attached location. (Menu 1)

2) Submit Order - After ringing up an unsent item, tap Submit Order to send the menu items to the kitchen.

3) Payment - After sending items to the kitchen, tap Payment to navigate to the payment screen.

4) Add Checks - Tap to create new checks or delete empty checks.

5) Set Date & Time - Tap Set Date and Time to create an advance order for a future date and time. Please see "Set Date & Time."

6) Order & Check - This area is for unsent items and check items that can be viewed by the user.

7) Send Now - Tap to send all unsent items on the check to the kitchen.

8) Print All Checks -  This prints all currently active checks (not limited to current location).

9) Edit - Tap Edit to remove or void any items from the order.

10) Customer Information icon - Tapping the customer information icon will launch a popup to create a customer account or attach an existing customer account. Please see Customer Loyalty/Redeem Member Rewards

11) Guest Identifier icon - Use to enter the name of the owner of the check.

12) Order Type Selection - Select to toggle between Dine In and Take Out order types. Please see "Select Order Type."
