Media: Allow multiple media files to be uploaded simultaneously

This improvement allows users to upload multiple media files at once instead of uploading single files 



Access path: Media > Media

  • Click Add Media

  • Type description and keywords 

  • Click Select files ... 

    • Select files from file management system 

    • Click Open to add files to list 

    • Click Upload to upload the files or Clear to remove files from list

    • Files will be uploaded 

  • Error conditions:

    • System validates for description and keywords fields

  • System validates file size does not exceed the 2MB size limit 

  • Click Close to cancel changes and close Add Media window or OK to save changes and close Add Media window 

  • Click Save Changes to save changes and close Media page or click Cancel Changes to cancel changes and close Media page

Publish users: Display error message when user key codes are missing 

When publishing from ECM after adding or editing users, if there is no key code for a user at a site, an error message will display listing the users and sites where a key code is needed. 





Path: Users > Users 

  • Click Add User; add one or more users assigned to one or more sites; leave Key Code blank; click Save

  • On the Users grid, select the user(s) and click Deploy User(s)

  • An error message will display advising that key codes are required for the user(s)/site(s) shown

Payment - Card Processor: Allow 6-digit gift card BIN ranges

Gift card BIN ranges were required to be between 8 and 21 digits. This improvement allows 6-digit gift card BIN ranges 



Path: Site > Payment 

  • Click gift card payment processor

  • For # digits, enter 6

  • Save

Kitchen: Arrange kitchen locations in alphabetical order

In the site-level kitchen setting, display the list of kitchen locations in alphabetical order 





Site > Kitchen

  • Kitchen management engine: Kitchen Printing

  • Notify other printers of check items: Click drop-down to display list of kitchen locations in alphabetical order
