Summary

Tip share is configured by Job at the account level. A site can override this tip share and set it to another amount specific to that site. 

Example: The job Server has a tip share set at 4% at the account level. A site can override this tip share to be 5%. All other sites are unaffected by this site-level change.

Configuration

  • Log in to ECM and navigate to the Sites tab.


  • Choose a site to modify tip share.


  • Click the Tip Shares tab.


4. Click the Site Override Tip Share field for desired job, enter a site override tip share percent, and click Save.


5. Navigate back to the Sites page, select the site, and flag the Site Deploy check box. Click Deploy Site(s).


6. Enter a comment, flag Automatically Deploy to iPads and click Publish.


Note: Non-revenue sales are excluded from tip share calculation.
