If a newer site calls in about being unable to adjust time clock punches, they may be seeing this error:
In this instance, the site needs to be activated for the Time Adjustment Reason.
In ECM, under the Financials Tab, you will see Adjustment Reasons.
After clicking on Adjustment Reasons, use the search bar for the word ‘clock’
Here click on the adjustment pencil
Navigate to the Site Tab
Search for the store in question and make sure the active column is checked (blue).
If not checked, check it and hit Save. Repeat for the other adjustment.
After the site has been activated, perform a site deploy
The site will have to force close the application and relaunch it for the changes to take place.
