Add Site Permission for Time Clock Adjustment Reasons

If a newer site calls in about being unable to adjust time clock punches, they may be seeing this error:

In this instance, the site needs to be activated for the Time Adjustment Reason.

In ECM, under the Financials Tab, you will see Adjustment Reasons.

  • After clicking on Adjustment Reasons, use the search bar for the word ‘clock’

    • Here click on the adjustment pencil

    • Navigate to the Site Tab

    • Search for the store in question and make sure the active column is checked (blue).

    • If not checked, check it and hit Save. Repeat for the other adjustment.

    • After the site has been activated, perform a site deploy

      • The site will have to force close the application and relaunch it for the changes to take place.
