Automatic Timeout (Log Off) by Operation Mode
NorthStar Order Entry has five operation modes that are used to define how each location operates.
For operational and security reasons, each mode is set to time out and log off any logged-in users according to the times below:

| Guest Facing | 0 (does not time out) |
| Table Service | 30 sec. |
| Counter Service | 120 sec. |
