Key Codes: Add warning if duplicate key code is entered on Key Code grid or Users site assignment grid 

To prevent duplicate key codes from being entered, a warning message will display and the user will not be allowed to save a duplicate key code for users on the same site. 
(The same key code can be used on different sites, but not on the same site.) 


Key Codes (Users > Key Codes)

  • If a duplicate key code is entered, a warning message will display when the admin clicks out of the field 

  • If a duplicate key code is entered, a warning message will display when the admin clicks Save Changes

Users  (Users > Users)

  • In Users > Site Assignments, if a duplicate key code is entered, a warning message will display
