Deployment Service Installation

Below are the steps to install the deployment service for NCM

  1. Download the NCM Deployment Service install media from here: Downloads (Change Management)
  2. Run the install

  

3. After the installation check the service control manager to verify the service is installed.

 

If the service does not display in Service Control Manager you must manually install the service by following the steps below:

  1. open a command prompt using "run as administrator."
  2. change to the deployment service aplication folder using 
    1. cd\program files (x86)\Custom Business Solutions\NorthStar Change Management\DeploymentServer

  3. type NCM.DEPLOYMENT.SERVICE.EXE -i and type enter.
