Edit Job - Area Access: Style Area Access page similar to print routing using alternate shading and checkbox treatment

Changed the look-and-feel of the Area Access page to conform to established ECM style. No change in functionality.

DSR report: Change date to start/end date range 

Improvements made to the DSR report: 

  • Date range controls

  • Maximum date range selection (42 days max)

  • Entire house dropdown data format changes

  • Entire House and Drawer options on separate lines 

  • Report title dynamically updated

The following changes were made to improve the ease-of-use and add functionality to the Daily Sales Report. 

  • Date range controls

    • Previously, the report could be run for a selected date. This change allows for a date range to be selected. 

    • Maximum date range select: 42 days 

  • Entire house dropdown data format 

    • Users can select from an end-of-day report (if available) or a specific date/time report

    • An end-of-day report will aggregate the totals for the selected date range

    • A specific date/time report will show the totals for the selected date/time. 

  • Entire House and Drawer selections were previously on the same line; they are not on separate lines 

  • Report title: the report title will include the name of the report type select, either end-of-day or the date/time name

  • If a date range selection exceeds the 42-day maximum, an alert will display: Data range must be fewer than 42 days. Revise dates selected

Check Count by Hour, Hourly Reporting Categories: Make font size same size as other reports

UI/UX improvement to use standard font size on the Check Count by Hour and Hourly Reporting Categories reports

Revise the following reports to use the standard font size for ECM reports: 

  • Check Count by Hour 

  • Hourly Reporting Categories 

Note: Due to the nature of the reporting tool, some characters (dash, apostrophe, asterisk, etc.) in site names may not appear.

Components: Add Print Routing Option setting to component (toggle required) (OE-10745) 

Print Routing Option is available on the component page when the account feature toggle is enabled. This feature allows the user to select one of the following options for printing the component: 

  • Menu Item and Component 

  • Component Only

4.8 Component print routing options 



The ECM portion of this feature is complete.

The application portion is to come. (OE-10745)



When the feature toggle is enabled, a dropdown combo box is shown on the Add/Edit Component - Print Routing tab called "Printing Options". The setting will have the following options:

  • Item and Component - Component will print to:

    • Specified print routing locations for item 

    • Specified print routing locations for component 

  • Component Only - Component will print to: 

    • Specified print routing locations for component only 

Feature toggle enabled: Print Routing Options displays on page 

Note the default value is Item and Component. This will provide backward compatibility for current users.

Feature toggle not enabled: Print Routing Options do not display on page

Reports: Add Site # column to employee reports

Site # column added to the following reports and their export formats: 

  • Time Records

  • Time Records Adjustments

  • Cashouts

  • Payroll Summary

    • Site # column is also reflected in the report exports to Excel, PDF and CSV.
