NorthStar Pay: Landing page 

An expansion on the NorthStar Pay feature, admins can create a landing page with links to NS Pay and to other sites or features, such as a survey, loyalty sign-up or a code that can be scanned to initiate a custom workflow. 

When the guest scans the QR code on their receipt or enters the URL in their mobile browser, the landing page will launch and show buttons that link to the URLs configured in ECM.

When toggle is enabled, the NS Pay settings on Bar/QA codes configuration are shown. 

Path: Edit a site > Receipts > Bar/QR Codes tab

Open

• Click Use NS Pay URL to populate the QR code data parameters field

• Click Add the following links on landing page to add links on landing page.

  • To add a link to NS Pay, add a label and copy the URL from QR code data parameters

  • To add a link to another page, add a label and enter the link 

The landing page will show the buttons you configured, similar to the screenshot below. (This UI is still in development; only the ECM setup is complete and released.) 

Pay Rates

Users: Schedule pay rate increases by job 

This feature allows managers to schedule a pay increase for a user by job. The increase becomes effective on the Effective Date configured. 

Pay rate rules: 

• Effective date must be equal to or greater than today's date

• Pay rate and/or effective can be edited before the effective date or within 15 days after the effective date

When the feature toggle is enabled, Effective Date appears and can be used on the Jobs and Rates tab. 

Path: Users > Users > edit a user > Jobs and Rates tab

• Click the edit (pencil) icon for the job

Add record 

• Click Add new record

• Enter the rate and select the effective date; save

Edit record

• On the edit page, click the Rate field to enter a rate

• Click the calendar to select an effective date; save

Multiple changes

• If there are multiple changes for a job, the Jobs and Rates page will only show the change closest to the current date.

UltiPro Punch Integration

Concepts: UltiPro - Add FTP configuration fields

For clients using UltiPro integration to send time records from Order Entry's data service to UltiPro, additional fields have been added to configure the FTP transfer. 

Path: Sites > Concepts > UltiPro (tab) 

The following fields were added for FTP file-based integration. 

• FTP Server - The server hosting the punch/punch adjustments files that UltiPro will pickup/listen to.

• FTP SSH Host Key - Also known as RSA Key. Ensures that the client is connecting to the correct FTP server.

• User name

• Password 

• Path - The folder in the FTP server where the files will be uploaded.
