ECM Admin/Configuration

Users: Allow import/export of users file to add/update employees 

When the account feature toggle is enabled, Import and Export buttons are shown on the Users grid page. 

Open

Import

• Click Import on the Users grid page to create or update users and publish 

Export 

• Click Export on the Users grid page 

  • Note: If the Users page is filtered to show a subset of records, only the filtered records will be exported

• The users information will be exported to a CSV file and the file will open

  • Export with no existing records in the Users grid will export a CSV file with default values 

Open

• Make changes as needed to the file

• Save the file to the file manager

• Use Import  to import the file to update the users with the changes 

External ID 

• External ID column has been added to the Users grid. This is a unique ID for each user and job to be used as a reference when importing. 

Staff UI Improvements

Menu Item: On General tab, denote default menu item qualifiers in the Qualifiers Summary 

This ease-of-use improvement allows admins to easily identify qualifiers configured as default items. 

To set default item(s):

• Go to menu item with qualifiers

• On Menu Items tab, select menu item category and select default item(s); Save

• On General tab, the default qualifier menu items are denoted as "(Default)" for easy identification.
