PREREQUISITES

WINDOWS ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS - 4-Apr-2014
WINDOWS USERS MUST HAVE FULL ADMIN RIGHTS TO THESE FOLDERS:

1) c:\qreports

2) c:\program files\common files

3) c:\qbackup the windows user must also have full rights to stop the qbackup service and then start it up as well. mdac needs to be able to be installed on the computer as well. either by the installer, assuming it is given full rights to install it or manually by an admin. the actual install is located in c:\qreports\temp\exe\dataacc.exe. if this cannot be installed, qreports will not be able to open any of the mdbs!!!!!!
