If an iPad is configured to Kiosk Mode then the Order Type Screen will become the starting screen. Here a customer may create a take-out order or create a pre-order.
A pre-order is an order that will be sent to the kitchen at a later time when the customer is ready. Pre-orders may be disabled in ECM Site Settings.
