Configuration 

Create Site options

Users can select to either add a new site or to copy an existing site's information. Copying an existing site is useful when sites are similar to one another. 

Site Information

  • Site Name - Enter a name for the site.

  • Concept - Select which concept to attach this site to.

  • Number - Please leave as default value. External Codes are used for 3rd party software developers.

  • Address Line 1 & 2 - Enter the address of the site.

  • City, State, Zip - Enter the city, state and ZIP code of the site.

  • Country Code - Enter the country code that the site is located in.

  • Phone # - Enter the phone number for the site.

  • IP Address - Enter the IP address used at the site.

Settings

  • Cache Menu DataSelect this option to cache the menu data.

  • Require a user to manually open and close the site

  • Enable Seat Number - This setting applies site-wide; individual areas can be configured to enable/disable seat numbers by area

Store Hours

  • Time Zone - Select the appropriate time zone the site is located in.

  • System Daily Close Time

  • Start of Business Week - Select the starting day of business for the site.

  • Kitchen Open Time - Enter the time that the kitchen work hours begin.

  • Kitchen Close Time - Enter the time that the kitchen work hours end.

  • Kitchen Volume Time (Minutes) - Enter the approximate time it takes to prepare an item.

  • Start of Pay Period Date - Enter the first day of the site's pay period.

  • Start of Pay Period Time - Enter the starting time of the pay period.

Setting

  • Set pay period to one week
