When editing a menu item you may edit the following under the Related Items Tab:

 

Selected Related Menu Items - This area displays all of the menu items that have been added as a related menu item.

Search Available Related Menu Items - Type in the name of a menu item to search for it. Search results appear in the available related menu items area.

Available Related Menu Items - Displays all of the related menu items results from the search box.
