When editing a menu item you may edit the following under the Pricing Tab:

 

Add Price Override - Select the Add Price Override button to bring up a popup (see below) where you may select a pricing override and which menu this item will apply to.

Delete Price Override - Press the Delete button to remove a pricing override from this menu item.
