Add/Edit an Alternate Payment - archive
When adding or editing an alternate payment you may edit the following:
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | The name for the alternate payment. Use a short, specific name. |
| Description | A description of the payment. This value is currently not displayed anywhere. |
| External Code | The numeric code which third-party systems will use to identify this alternate payment. |
| PMS Interface | If this payment should post to a PMS system, choose the system used. |
| Is Active | Enables this alternate payment. If this is disabled, this payment cannot be used to pay for checks. |
