Loyalty programs allow guests to earn and redeem rewards for being loyal customers. Paytronix is our loyalty processor. Paytronix also uses a single loyalty program to run gift cards.

Loyalty programs are configured by Paytronix, then ECM imports the data. There is no need to create Loyalty Programs or Adjustments in ECM first.

Creating new loyalty programs

  1. Paytronix works out how the loyalty program will work (Paytronix refers to loyalty programs as "wallets"). Paytronix may need the following information from ECM to set up some loyalty programs:
    1. The external code for specific Menu Items
    2. The external code for Menu Item Categories (Paytronix calls these "Major Groups")
    3. The external code for Areas ("Revenue Centers")
    4. For a "redeem wallet", Paytronix and the merchant decide what external code they want the Adjustment to use. ECM will import this automatically, there is no need to create an adjustment in ECM.
  2. In ECM's Loyalty Programs page, click "Update All Sites". This will import all the wallet information from Paytronix.
  3. Publish menus to the site.
