The NorthStar Order Entry iPad contains logs that can be attained through Bomgar access.
Bomgar Remote Access
Follow the steps in Bomgar Remote Support via iPad in order to access remote access the client’s iPad through Bomgar.
Log Retrieval
Open up your remote connection through Bomgar.
Tap the File Transfer tab.
The iOS logs is named eo_app_1.log
Transfer the log file to your pc and access.
