NorthStar Order Entry iOS/iPad Log Retrieval

The NorthStar Order Entry iPad contains logs that can be attained through Bomgar access.

Bomgar Remote Access

• Follow the steps in Bomgar Remote Support via iPad in order to access remote access the client’s iPad through Bomgar.

Log Retrieval

• Open up your remote connection through Bomgar.

• Tap the File Transfer tab.

• The iOS logs is named eo_app_1.log

• Transfer the log file to your pc and access.
