Wisely needs to be toggled on in the account feature toggle section of ECM for following features to work.

The Wisely integration serves as a seat management tool through their own app which connects to NSOE through API. When a customer is registered into Wisely App, information like loyalty, guest count are sent to the NSOE app to add the customer and # of guests to the table (location).

In addition, NSOE/ECM also sends sales history back to Wisely for CRM data type analysis.

Sending data from NSOE to Wisely flows above store level through the cloud based API systems.

ECM Setup:

 Enabling Wisely at ECM Level:

When the Wisely feature is enabled, the “Clean Screen” feature will automatically be disabled for the site.

  • Go to ECM

  • Go to Edit Site.

  • Select tab Table → Settings → Table Manager Engine.

  • Select “Wisely”.

  • Fill the settings with the Wisely Provided Info → Test API Credentials → Save the changes.

  • Save the site settings.

  • Deploy the site.

Tracking and reprocessing data sent to Wisely:

 World View → Integration Status → "Integration Type: Wisely"

The Wisely Integration Status page provides update information on Wisely integrations with each site and allows the user to resend information.

The Wisely Integration Status page provides: 

  • Business date selection

  • Search

  • Account Name

  • Site Name

  • Business Date uploads - The checkmarks represent the success of uploading each day for each site. (Current business date is the last column on the right) 

  • Process Business Day (button) - Click to send information to the third-party service 

    • Select the site(s) and business date then click Process

    • To view the integration results, click the green checkmark for a date.

    • Click Reprocess to reprocess the day if any changes were made.

  • No labels
